Funding Opportunities

Developing one's skills are crucial to career development and improving an organization's ability to derive value from their assets. There are a variety of funding opportunities available for organizations and individuals looking to enroll in PEMAC educational programs in order to expand their maintenance and asset management skills and knowledge. 

Organizations can find a list of funding options available through Federal and Provincial grant programs below, while individual funding opportunities vary from province to province there are some opportunities for those seeking financial support or training for a change in their career. 

Funding Opportunities for Employers

The grants listed below have been leveraged by employers to subsidize the costs of employee training in PEMAC authorized programs. If you are aware of others not listed please send a note to pd@pemac.org.

Funding Opportunities for Individuals

For individuals, provincial funds may be available through some of the following: 
Ontario Second Career Program. 

OSAP Application for Micro-credentials 
(Humber College provides MMP certification & MWM certificate as a micro-credential)

Funding for Municipal Practitioners

The special delivery of the AMP program that was subsidized for municipal practitioners is now closed. That delivery was made possible by a grant through the Municipal Asset Management Program (MAMP), which is delivered by the Federation of Canadian Municipalities and funded by the Government of Canada.
