Bill is highly experienced in Maintenance and Asset Management, having worked in a variety of consulting, senior management and staff positions relating to Operations, Maintenance and Asset Management over the last 30 years across aluminum smelting, coal mining and petro-chemical industry. In his career, he has gained extensive experience in most aspects of Maintenance and Reliability Improvement including: Maintenance and Asset Management Audits and Assessments, Maintenance Benchmarking, Root Cause Analysis Training and Facilitation, Reliability Centred Maintenance and PM Optimization Facilitation as well as Maintenance Work Management Process Improvement.
