Where should I stay?

Hotel Stay Information

We have sold out of the Fairmont Winnipeg where the conference will be held. We have secured a room rate of $224/night for a limited number of rooms at the Mere Hotel. It is a 9 minute walk between the Fairmont and the Mere.

Will there be a virtual component?

Yes! All virtual tickets are able to join us live during the three days. You will receive a link to the livestream when you register.

I would like to become a sponsor or exhibitor. Do you have space?

Yes, we have one Exhibitor spot left. You can view benefits of each here.

What food is included in my delegate registration?

Breakfast, two coffee breaks, and lunch is provided each day. Dinner on Tuesday night is also included. 

What networking spaces does my registration include?

Sunday, Sept 10: 7pm - 10pm Casual, open house space at The Fairmont Hotel restaurant. No food or beverage will be provided but you are welcome to purchase. 
Monday, Sept 11: 4:00pm - 6:00pm Exhibitor Grand Hall Opening Reception with drinks and Hors d'oeuvres at the Fairmont Hotel. Sponsored by ReVisionz
Tuesday, Sept 12: 5:15pm - 6:30pm Networking Hospitality Hour at the Fairmont Hotel. Sponsored by Cohesive Group
Tuesday, Sept 12: 6:30pm - 10:00pm Awards Dinner and Entertainment at the Fairmont Hotel. Sponsored by Northern Lakes College
Wednesday, Sept 13: 5:00pm Offsite Networking at the Canadian Museum for Human Rights *Entrance tickets will be provided. No transportation or food and beverages will be provided. 

Is there shuttle service from the airport to the hotel?

No, but there is Uber and Taxi service to and from the hotel. 

I cannot attend any longer. Can I get a refund?

If you need to cancel for any reason, please advise us of your situation and preference from the options below as early as possible. Cancelations made more than 16 days prior to the event will receive a refund less $125 administration fee. No refunds are available after 16 days before the event.

Can I get the recordings?

There is a virtual attendance option. If you are registered for the in-person event, all the recordings will be available until December 31st, 2023. 

How do I receive my professional development credits?

All PEMAC members' credits will be uploaded to their PEMAC profile in February 2024. All other attendees can request a certificate in January 2024. Email cpd@pemac.org.

Can I register as a group?

Yes, if you would like one invoice, please fill out the attached form and email to admin@pemac.org. Registration for 10 or more will receive the early-bird member rate for all group members.

I am not a member but the company I work for is a PEMAC member, do I get the member discount?

Yes, email events@pemac.org to receive your discount code.
