We have sold out of the Fairmont Winnipeg where the conference will be held. There may be some rooms at a nearby hotel called the Mere. We do not have any discounts left here but this is the closest hotel to the conference.

Tourism Winnipeg have curated a page for conference delegates with things to do! We encourage delegates to bring their spouses and families!
We have partnered with AirCanada who have given a 10% discount on all AirCanada travel to and from the conference. You will receive a discount code once you register for the conference.
Please park at Richardson Centre Parkade for a daily rate of $14 which you can pay at the pay station. This does not have in and out privileges. If you require in and out throughout the day, please email email@example.com to provide you an invoice to pay online. You will then ask the front desk of the hotel for your pass.

Free pass to Royal Canadian Mint
As a MainTrain delegate, you will have the chance to take a tour at the Royal Canadian Mint in Winnipeg. They are open Tuesday-Saturday 9-5pm. Just show your MainTrain badge and you will get to enter for free! This 45-minute tours are fun, educational and perfect for all ages. Every tour is personally led by one of our knowledgeable guides who will walk you through the production process, offer insights on our major milestones and entertain you with unique stories about the Mint.

Weather in September
For the week of September 10th - 21st (during the conference) the average daily high is 20°C with a low of 10°C.
You are welcome to bring a companion or your entire family with you to the conference. Be sure to select that you are bringing a companion when you register and book your hotel.
All current Manitoba Protocols will be followed. If you are not feeling well or showing any symptoms of a cold, flu, or Ministry of Health documented COVID-19 symptoms before the event, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org where a refund, less the online registration fee, will be returned.
We are a mask and pre-testing friendly conference. Wearing a mask and/or testing is a personal choice. Individuals are encouraged to wear a tight-fitting, well-constructed mask if they feel it is the right choice for them. We will have masks and test kits onsite for those who wish to participate.
Attendees acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk of exposure or infection by attending the event.
