Awareness in Asset Management

Designed to support individuals who are new to asset management or seeking to build foundational knowledge, the Awareness in Asset Management Certificate (AAMC) recognizes those who have undertaken qualifying introductory asset management education. It is an ideal first step to gain awareness before pursuing more advanced education or certification pathways.

Aligned with the World Partners in Asset Management (WPiAM) Global Certification Scheme (GCS), this certificate is awarded to individuals who complete an approved education course that provides an awareness, understanding and benefits of asset management, as well as the general application of roles and responsibilities across relevant Domains within an Asset Management Framework (AMF).

The first course of PEMAC's Asset Management Professional (AMP) program exceeds the requirements of the AAMC, and participants who have successfully completed the course qualify for the certificate.

AMP Course 1: Asset Management Principles and Strategic Development
Upon completion of this course, participants will gain an overview of the essentials of Asset Management in the context of ISO 5500x, discover decision-making tools, while identifying opportunities to apply asset management concepts in their organization to realize value.
