Governance

Elements of this handbook may be changed or updated by the Board of Directors at their discretion at any time. This document is intended to supplement and does not replace any requirements of association functioning that are covered by the Canadian Not for Profit Corporations Act, the association's Bylaws or Articles of Incorporation. For links to these documents see the page "Foundation Documents".

In the absence of a specific policy or procedure and when it is not possible to seek the input of the Board of Directors, the PEMAC "Guiding Principles" and "Code of Ethics" will be followed.

All recommendations for changes and improvements are welcome. Email: executive.director@pemac.org
