For the first time in MainTrain’s history, we are officially sold out. We’re thrilled by the response and can’t wait to welcome 350 delegates to Calgary this year.

Students
Student is defined as an individual who is enrolled full-time in a program related to maintenance, reliability and physical asset management. Email events@pemac.org with proof of enrolment to get your discount code.
Students may attend one day of the conference at no fee. This doesn't include the awards dinner. Email events@pemac.org with proof of enrolment to get your complementary code.

Join PEMAC as an Individual member and save $300 on your MainTrain registration, almost double the price of the $184 membership (calendar based Sept 1 - Aug 31) plus tax based on your residence.

Group Registration
Fill out and email this form to admin@pemac.org. All fields must be completed to register.
You will be issued one invoice for all registrants.
Registrations cannot be shared.

Conference Proceedings
Conference presentations (audio and PPTs) will be recorded and accessible for all registrants until December 31, 2025. For those who cannot attend in person, access to the conference recordings will be open for purchase by PEMAC Members for $295 until December 31, 2025. Reviewing the recordings within the platform results in automatic continuing professional development credits.

* Proceedings are included for all in-person delegates. No additional registration is needed.
Cancelation Policy
If you need to cancel for any reason, please advise us of your situation and preference from the options below as early as possible. Cancelation made more than 16 days prior to the event will receive a refund less $200 administration fee. No refunds are available after 15 days prior to the start of the conference.

Annual Awards Dinner
All MainTrain registrants, speakers, and sponsors are welcome to join PEMAC for our annual awards dinner. If you are registered, no further action is required. Additional tickets can be purchased via the registration button to the top. Guests will arrive via bus from the Westin to Heritage Park for an evening of networking, fun and honouring of some inspiring people in asset management, maintenance and reliability.
