Students
Student is defined as an individual who is enrolled post secondary full-time program, and want to learn ore about the fields of maintenance, reliability and physical asset management. Email events@pemac.org with proof of enrolment to receive your discount code for a complimentary single day registration or a discounted full conference registration pass. The student pass does not include the PEMAC Awards dinner. Tickets can be purchased separately for that event.

MMP Module 1 at MainTrain
PEMAC will be hosting Module 1 of the Maintenance Management Professional (MMP) program in person in association with MainTrain. For more information and to register for the hotel click here.
Member Discounts
- An individual who holds a PEMAC membership or PEMAC certification.
- An individual who is enrolled in a PEMAC education program and has initiated their first year free membership.

Conference Proceedings
Conference presentations (audio and PPTs) will be recorded and accessible for all registrants until February 1, 2026. For those who cannot attend in person, access to the conference recordings will be open for purchase by PEMAC Members for $295 until February 1, 2026. Reviewing the recordings within the platform results in automatic continuing professional development credits.

* Proceedings are included for all in-person delegates. No additional registration is needed.
Cancelation Policy
If you need to cancel for any reason, please advise us of your situation and preference from the options below as early as possible. Cancelation made more than 16 days prior to the event will receive a refund less $200 administration fee. No refunds are available after 15 days prior to the start of the conference.
