We have scheduled a series of 6 online Lunch and Learn events, one for each Canadian time zone, for the coming year as follows:

  • Asset Management vs. Maintenance Management

When we say we are about "maintenance and asset management" are we talking about two different, but interrelated, things? We should be.

Maintenance: All actions intended to retain an item in, or restore it to, a state in which it can perform a required function (Asset Management Council)

  • UPTIME now available in our online store

We have never stopped promoting "UPTIME: Strategies for Excellence in Maintenance Management" as the best reference book for those undertaking a journey towards excellence in maintenance, reliability and asset management.

  • PEMAC welcomes new Board of Directors

At its December 1st Annual General Meeting the PEMAC members voted to accept the nominations of the currently serving board members whose positions had expired and expanded membership on the Board by four people.

  • Introducing the Knowledge Sharing repository

PEMAC Members now have access to a small but growing 'Knowledge Sharing' repository when they login to the members area of the website.

  • PEMAC Membership Distribution

We have over 900 members at October 10, 2012. Here they are grouped by region (the mapping program decided the regions arbitrarily) with some outliers in very interesting places!
