MainTrain will be held at the Marriott Terminal Aéroport de Montréal, Quebec from October 5th - 7th.
MainTrain is Canada’s largest annual maintenance and physical asset management conference exhibition and networking event, gathering together leading experts, practitioners and professionals from across Canada and around the world to share their insights and strategies that support professionals and their organizations.

Students
Student is defined as an individual who is enrolled full-time in a program related to maintenance, reliability and physical asset management. Email events@pemac.org with proof of enrolment to get your discount code.
Students may attend one day of the conference at no fee. This doesn't include the awards dinner. Email events@pemac.org with proof of enrolment to get your complementary code.
MMP Module 1 & CAMA Prep at MainTrain
PEMAC will be hosting Module 1 of the Maintenance Management Professional (MMP) program and the CAMA Prep in person in association with MainTrain.
Member Discounts
- An individual who holds a PEMAC membership or PEMAC certification.
- An individual who is enrolled in a PEMAC education program and has initiated their first year free membership.
- An individual whose employer is a PEMAC allied or corporate member.
- An individual who is a member of CNAM, WPiAM, SMRP or GFMAM.
- Email events@pemac.org if the discount doesn’t automatically get applied to your registration.

Conference Proceedings
Conference presentations (audio and PPTs) will be recorded and accessible for all registrants until February 1, 2026. For those who cannot attend in person, access to the conference recordings will be open for purchase by PEMAC Members for $295 until February 1, 2026. Reviewing the recordings within the platform results in automatic continuing professional development credits.

* Proceedings are included for all in-person delegates. No additional registration is needed.
Cancelation Policy
If you need to cancel for any reason, please advise us of your situation and preference from the options below as early as possible. Cancelation made more than 16 days prior to the event will receive a refund less $200 administration fee. No refunds are available after 15 days prior to the start of the conference.
