During this session participants will learn the basics of how mail flows through the network, the primary technologies used to automatically sort mail, and the maintenance programs being used to maximize equipment reliability at Canada Post.  After the presentation, participants will tour the Ottawa Mail Processing Plant and see letter mail processing in action.
