PEMAC Edmonton Chapter Goes Behind the Scenes at Edmonton International Airport

Despite a slight delay caused by challenging weather conditions, the PEMAC Edmonton Chapter's recent tour of Edmonton International Airport (YEG) proved to be a tremendous success. Members and guests had the opportunity to explore the complex systems, infrastructure, and operational strategies that keep one of Canada's busiest airports operating safely and efficiently around the clock.

The tour provided valuable insight into the critical role that maintenance, reliability, and asset management play in supporting airport operations, while also offering attendees a unique opportunity to connect with industry peers and exchange ideas. The event served as another excellent example of PEMAC's commitment to fostering practical learning experiences and showcasing maintenance and asset management excellence in action.

Thank you to all those who joined the Edmonton Chapter on this insightful tour as well as Di Rushfeldt (Director, Asset Management & Facility Maintenance @ YEG) and her staff for hosting and arranging the tour.

Stay tuned for future chapter events and facility tours as PEMAC members continue to connect, learn, and contribute across Canada.
