PEMAC Asset Management Association of Canada announces nominations are now open for the 2026 PEMAC Awards, celebrating outstanding leadership, innovation, and achievement in maintenance, reliability and asset management among it’s members across Canada.
The annual PEMAC Awards recognize individuals and teams whose work is strengthening organizational performance, advancing professional practice, and contributing to the long-term value and sustainability of physical assets in both the public and private sectors.
Award Categories:
- Maintenance Management Leadership Award – Honouring an individual who has significantly advanced maintenance management in their organization or nationally.
- Maintenance Team of the Year Award – Recognizing maintenance teams from Canadian organizations that have demonstrated outstanding performance in maintenance and reliability initiatives.
- Asset Management Leadership Award – Recognizing an individual who has made a significant contribution to advancing asset management in their organization or across Canada.
- Asset Management Team of the Year Award – Celebrating a Canadian team making measurable progress towards its asset management goals.
- Sergio Guy Memorial Award – Paying tribute to an individual who has made lasting contributions to both the profession and the PEMAC community.
- Maintenance Management Professional Capstone Award – Recognizing excellence in the final Capstone project of PEMAC’s Maintenance Management Professional (MMP) program.
- Asset Management Professional Capstone Award – Recognizing excellence in the final Capstone project of PEMAC’s Asset Management Professional (AMP) program.
- Lifetime Membership – Honouring a retired PEMAC leader who has made significant and sustained contributions to the association.
“PEMAC’s awards provide an opportunity to formally recognize the work being done to advance maintenance and asset management practices across Canada,” said Alan Cox, Awards Committee Chair. “Members and organizations to nominate peers and teams whose commitment and leadership are contributing to the continued growth of the professions.”
Nominations for the 2026 PEMAC Awards will be accepted until June 15, 2026. Award recipients will be announced during the PEMAC Awards dinner, held in conjunction with MainTrain 2026 taking place October 5 to 7 in Montreal, Quebec.
