This issue of PEMAC Now places a spotlight on the evolving state of asset management across the country, with the State of Asset Management in Canada Survey as a key feature. This report, led by PEMAC and CNAM, offers the first national snapshot of asset management maturity, practices, and challenges across sectors. With input from over 230 professionals, the survey provides critical insights into where organizations stand, where gaps remain, and how we can move forward together.
We also highlight the launch of PEMAC’s Mentorship Pilot Program, which is fostering meaningful knowledge exchange among nearly 70 members. And in Members in Action, we celebrate the successful launch of our new Saskatoon Chapter and early engagement in the Yukon, reflecting the growing energy and reach of PEMAC's community.
