Call For Abstracts

The Call for Abstracts for MainTrain 2026 is now open. 

Important Dates:
April  20 (Mon) – Abstract Review committee completes reviews
April 23  (Thurs) - All submitters will be notified whether or not their abstracts were chosen
April 27 (Mon) - Program Published
June 21 (SUN) - Early-bird PEMAC member registration closes
Aug 31 (Mon) - Draft presentations and speaker notes document submitted for review
Sept 10 (Thurs) - Final presentations with speaker notes document are submitted
Sept 23 (Wed) - Mandatory speaker orientation online
Oct 4 to 7 - MainTrain Conference
December 31 - Conference Proceedings Close
