The Maintenance Team of the Year Award recognizes Canadian maintenance teams that are driving meaningful improvements in asset reliability, workforce capability, operational performance, and maintenance excellence.

Whether your team is building the foundations of a high-performing maintenance organization or sustaining an established culture of excellence, PEMAC's two award categories provide an opportunity to celebrate and showcase your achievements.

Emerging Excellence

The Emerging Excellence category recognizes teams that are actively building and strengthening their maintenance practices and demonstrating measurable progress.

This category celebrates momentum, progress, and commitment to improvement.

Sustaining Excellence

The Sustaining Excellence category recognizes teams that have established strong maintenance practices and continue to demonstrate exceptional performance and continuous improvement. This category celebrates organizations that have embedded excellence into their culture and operations.

Consider a nomination if your team has:

Improved reliability, safety, productivity, or cost performance
Implemented new maintenance practices, processes, or technologies
Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and innovation
Achieved measurable results that made a positive impact

Eligibility

The nominated team must be based in Canada, and at least one team member must be a PEMAC member, or the organization must hold a PEMAC Corporate Membership. Not members? Become a member.

No member of the judging committee may participate as a candidate or by making a nomination.
