The Capstone Project is the last module of eight in the Maintenance Management Professional Program. The Best Capstone Project Awards were initiated by the PEMAC Board of Directors to encourage and recognize excellence in MMP program participation, as demonstrated by excellence in the Capstone project. Module 8 instructors nominate the best of the best capstone projects, and an awards committee reviews and selects the best Technical and Business Process Focus projects.
The MMP Capstone Awards encourage and recognize excellence in the Maintenance Management Professional (MMP) program final project, the Capstone.
There are two categories for the MMP Capstone award:
- Best MMP Capstone project: Technical focus
- Best MMP Capstone project: Business Process focus
Successful recipients of these awards are invited to present their winning projects at the annual MainTrain Maintenance, Reliability and Asset Management Conference.
Nominations Process:
MMP Capstone (Module 8) instructors nominate for this award from among the participants in the courses that they instructed over the course of the year.
