Risk Identification Form

The Audit Risk Committee has created a form that allows any member, volunteer or staff person to identify risks to the organization.

The committee keeps a register of these risks, ranks them and reviews them with the Board of Directors regularly to ensure that appropriate mitigation plans are developed.
