PEMAC, in partnership with Humber Polytechnic, recently hosted an information session to the new Shutdown Turnaround Management Professional (STMP) Certification Program. The program, that PEMAC is developing with a group of internationally recognized subject matter experts, will address a critical skills gap in Shutdowns, turnarounds, and outages (STO) events.
The session drew strong interest from across Canada and around the world, attracting over 200 registrations from 27 countries—underscoring the global importance of improving how organizations plan and execute shutdowns, turnarounds, and outages.

Humber Polytechnic shared that the program will be available live online through it's scheduled offers starting with Course One this Fall. Registration will be available to participants from around the world. The program will also be available for organizations to host private training onsite or online, in the future.
