Knowledge Products
This course references a set of knowledge products that were developed as part of project that focused initially on the recognition that maintenance management readiness could be advanced by guiding organizations what Master Data to request at turnover to operations and maintenance. At the end, the two year project covered many more aspects of what Maintenance Management Readiness entails, and how organizations must advance in both Maintenance Management Readiness (during the acquisition phase) and Maintenance Management (during the operations and maintenance phase) to achieve the benefits indicated in the business case.
