Join us as we return from our summer break with an insightful technical presentation by Keith Kuspira, P.Eng., who will share a real-world root cause analysis (RCA) of a thickener failure. Learn how the investigation was conducted, the key findings, and the lessons that can be applied to equipment reliability and failure investigations across industries.  Hosted in the Main Hall at the Gordie Howe Sports Complex, the evening will include a dinner buffet and plenty of opportunities to connect with fellow asset management, maintenance, and reliability professionals.
