Lunch and Learn Webinar: The Heart of Leadership: The Role Connection Plays in the Workplace (MST 10:00AM)

As leaders, it can be easy to get swept up in the day-to-day routine, distracted by emergencies and overwhelmed with logistical tasks, inadvertently forgetting that it is people who do the work, people who form the organizational culture, and people who matter most.

In this interactive workshop, explore the power of connection and how with intention and simple adjustments, you can help ensure that the members of your team know that they matter and feel heard, seen, and understood. Walk away with knowledge that will help you build stronger relationships in the workplace, inevitably increasing engagement, morale, and productivity as a result.
