Online Meeting and File Sharing
PEMAC uses MS Teams for collaboration which integrates both meeting and file sharing.
Board members can ask for an ____@pemac.org email address which comes with an MS365 Basic User license and includes permissions levels on the PEMAC MS365 tennant giving the ability to:
- Create and manage Teams
- Access Team calendars directly (rather than through invitations)
- Create and manage meeting invitations
- Access the Chat in MS Teams meetings
- Access IT support as a PEMAC licensed user via https://myportal.advance2000.com/
If you opt not to have a pemac.org account:
- You can still be included in MS Teams meetings and benefit from the MSTeam file-sharing capability as a "Guest" user.
- Getting IT support as a Guest is possible through a staff member who can put in a help-desk ticket on your behalf.
