We realize that conferences may not be a thing again by September.  Even so, we would like to persevere in our efforts to build up our annual collection of presentations and workshops and to rally our members to Connect and Learn by whatever means prove possible.

Call for Abstracts for MainTrain is now open

How to Submit

1. Review Submission Guidelines
   (Examples, evaluation process, benefits and much more information.)

2. Prepare Submission
    (Using this form to prepare will ensure time doesn't run out while online.)

3. Become A Member* or Register as a Content Submitter or Recover Password
    (*You do not need to be a member to submit)

4. Log in and Submit Abstract

5. Review and edit your Profile Information

Important Dates

February 18

Call for Abstracts Open

May 11

Call for Abstracts Closed 
MainTrain Review Committee scores abstracts

May - June

Selected presenters are invited to submit PowerPoint and Papers

Late July

All documents must be submitted

July - August

Committee conducts final review of presentations

Late August

Presenters are notified of any suggested changes

August 31

All final documents must be submitted

September 15-18
