There are two annual member-motions that require approval of a quorum of members. At the AGM that was held in December we were one person short of the required quorum to hold the vote. This general member's meeting is being called to review and pass those motions. It will be held online at at time that is usually the first hour of our monthly Board of Directors meeting.

Motion 1: The appointment of the Accountant for the subsequent year

Motion 2: Approval of the 2016 - 2017 Financial Statements
