Registration is closed for this event

Join PEMAC for a special 5 part virtual round-table series on COVID-19 response issues. The fourth instalment will be taking place on Thursday, May 7th at 12:00 pm Central Time.

Topic 4:
Learning from COVID-19, practical ways to integrate the lessons learned?

Description:
The events of the past several months have forced all organizations to reassess how they carry out their basic business functions and come up with some innovative ways to ensure that they can safely and effectively carry out the activities necessary to deliver the products and services their organizations provide.

This interactive session will explore the early learnings from the first few weeks of Covid19 response, the short term adjustments that organizations have made, and how we can continue to integrate these early lessons learned over the next few months. We will also start to explore the longer term considerations for our asset management and maintenance management practices and business decisions. This session's discussion will be focused on practical solutions that organizations can begin to implement right away.

Presenters:
Allan Johnson, Maintenance Management Consultant
Susan Lubell, P.Eng, MBA, MMP, CAMA, Principal Consultant, Steppe Consulting
