1999 Through 2019, A Mid-career Reflection on People and Projects

Bio

With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta, Matthew began his career in the north during the establishment of the Territory of Nunavut. Having worked for public and private organizations, Matthew has 20 years of municipal engineering experience managing public works infrastructure and delivering projects involving water and wastewater infrastructure, solid waste management, roads and buildings. Matthew is currently the Director of Engineering for one of the largest municipalities in North America, the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo.
