 bout the Speaker: </h3>\n \n <p>Ron Doucet is a pr
 ofession engineer who has been improving the perfo
 rmance of assets\, departments\, and companies for
  over 30 years. Ron always had an intolerance for 
 repetitive failures\, and this was one of his prim
 ary focuses in every department he worked in or le
 d. In industry\, Ron had the privilege of doing th
 e analyses on how to improve performance and lead 
 the implementation and transition to a culture of 
 reliability all in parallel with leading the day-t
 o-day operations. This enabled him to develop real
  life and proven methodologies to improve the perf
 ormance of assets and roadmaps to improve the perf
 ormance of asset intensive businesses.</p>\n \n <p
 >Ron had the opportunity to be trained by the late
  John Moubray\, the globally recognized expert in 
 RCM and the author of the book RCM II in which he 
 got an honourable mention based on his successes i
 n RCM and the application of its principles. Ron i
 s the developer of RCM based improvement processes
  including RCM Pro\, PMO Pro®\, RCS Pro®\, RCFA Pr
 o® and developed the process for improving the per
 formance of asset intensive businesses\, known as 
 The RYKE Way.  In 2010\, he set up RYKE Inc\, a re
 liability solutions provider focused on improving 
 the performance of asset intensive businesses and 
 providing training and mentoring in RYKE’s improve
 ment processes.</p>\n \n <p>Ron is an active instr
 uctor in the PEMAC Maintenance Management Professi
 onal program and is on the PEMAC board of Director
